U.S.C.O. Monthly Board Meeting -  July 10, 2008                 Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, 7 pm.  Monthly board meetings are required for all officers and board members.   All members of  U.S.C.O. are encouraged to attend and offer their suggestions.                                                                                                        Clan Gatherings are held every 2nd Saturday evening of each month, 6:00 pm.   "Unless otherwise specified", both meetings are regularly held at the "Church of the Savior, 5600 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, OK."                                                                                                                   For additional information, please contact:  Linda Hendricks at uscoclanchief@hotmail.com .

U.S.C.O. has two events on Aug. 9th,- members are needed at the Ancestral Fair booth.

Morning / Afternoon - Aug. 9, 2008 – Okla. Genealogical Society “Ancestral Fair”

9am-4pm at the Okla. History Center.   U.S.C.O.  will have a booth.

Evening   -    Aug. 9, 2008 – “Bring A Friend” Clan Gathering – 6pm. 

"Church of the Savior",   Visitor drawing for gift membership, Door Prizes and Lots of Fun.

Sept. 12, 13, & 14, 2008 –“Tulsa Scottish Festival”– U.S.C.O. members are needed to help at the tent. 

Special Notice:***Sept. 13^th – Clan Gathering Cancelled  - due to the Tulsa Festival activities.***

 Oct. 4, 2008 - “Global Fest” Rose State College, 9am-5pm, U.S.C.O. members needed at the tent. 

 Oct. 4, 2008 – “Czech Festival” at Yukon, OK – all day. U.S.C.O. members needed at the booth. 

End of Summer Picnic: Oct. 11, 2008 – Clan Gathering – Picnic at Earlywine Park, (South OKC )

With Lots of Fun:  Heavy Athletics Demonstration, Celtic Music, Highland Dance, etc.
